No. MyMiners does not require a mandatory MyMiners account.

Depending on the miner, available telemetry and your plan, MyMiners can display information such as hashrate, online status, temperature, power, fan speed, uptime, efficiency, best difficulty and other miner data.

Not every miner or firmware reports the same telemetry. MyMiners uses the information actually provided by each supported device, so available metrics can vary between miners.

Miner Health provides an easy-to-understand health assessment using the telemetry available from the miner. Missing or unsupported metrics are not treated as failures.

FREE provides the essential MyMiners experience for up to 2 miners. PRO 7 expands the platform with additional monitoring and diagnostics for up to 7 miners. PRO UNLIMITED supports unlimited miners and unlocks the most advanced MyMiners capabilities, including Remote Access through MyMiners Gateway. Yes. MyMiners is designed with privacy as a core principle. Local monitoring communicates directly with supported miners on your network. Remote Access uses MyMiners Gateway to provide secure remote monitoring without exposing miner APIs directly to the public internet.

No. MyMiners DOES NOT need or require access to your cryptocurrency wallet, private keys or seed phrase to monitor your mining hardware. Never provide a seed phrase or private key to MyMiners. Beware of impersonators claiming to represent MyMiners and asking for this information.

Yes. PRO UNLIMITED includes Remote Access through MyMiners Gateway, allowing you to monitor supported miners while away from your local network. Remote control and configuration features are planned for future releases.
